Okay, so, like, Julie was in a really deep, philosophical mood today, and while pondering the meaning of life (Which, I have decided, is Super Junior and not what the Macquarie dictionary describes it as) she suddenly had an epiphany.

Oh, well, two. One, that speaking in third person is an amazingly amusing pass-time that annoys strangers to no end.

Second, that Fyre Blue…. Is like a tree.

No, seriously, stay with me here. It’s important.

Okay, so like… The minds of all us writers are like the dirt and the water, and maybe the worms sun too. So like…. We feed the whole tree and give it life, right? And Unpa, because she created it, gets to be the seed or something if she wants, because she’s the awesome and she started the whole thing. Yes?

No, really, I’m being serious. Stop laughing~!!!!

Okay, so we have the water and the soil and the sun and the seed, but then we need roots, which, while I was all contemplative, decided were the ideas that we came up with before writing the outlines. And like… there are a whooooole lot of them, because the writers are just that awesome, yes? And then, all the ideas come together to the trunk of the tree, which is obviously the outline, and they all kinda become one big, flowing idea that is like… the bass, and the structure for the whole shape of the tree. Right?

I mean it~!! It’s not funny~!!!

So in the outline, there are all these different choices, which break off and entwine and go in all sorts of directions, so these are obviously the branches. Which means that our tree has a lot of loopy branches, I suppose, but it’s our tree and we love it (Does this make us tree huggers?) even though it’s special like that. Oh~!!! And the leaves are the actual writing, which takes the ideas from the outline and expands it, filling it in and taking up the empty space.

And then, of course, our spazz and presents and all that fun stuff can be like the pretty pink Blue? Rainbow flowers covering the tree, and then… All the finished CYOAs can be like the yummy fruit on the top?

Don’t you think it’s awesome?

Yes?

Maybe?

Just a little?

No?
